The RoleThe RoleAttending to the telephone calls from vendors (local, overseas) and MIS Sharjah related to payments. Assistance to reconcile the vendor statements. Preparation of cheques (retrieval of purchase invoice from the outstanding file, checking, preparing remittance, printing cheques and submitting for approval) Checking the edit list of purchase invoice, journal voucher, purchase vouchers etc. Preparation of weekly cash flow (vendor payment). Preparation of vendor credit application and getting approval, dispatching to MIS Sharjah Assisting in accounts closing work (WIP, agency fee review and accounting, billing etc.) |
