The RoleThe RolePreparation of various accounting input documents (i.e AP vouchers, cash receipts, bank payments) Prepare and update monthly amortization schedule for all programming channels. Passing Monthly J.V for program rights amortization. Reconciling net book value of program rights with contract periods. Passing Monthly J.V for material amortization. Review and posting of edit list relating to all data inputs into general ledger and fixed asset system as provided. Checks the technical acceptance logs for new programs received for accounting entries. Maintain Programming commitment sheet and updating timely. Maintain Inventory and Liability for Program rights for pass through channels. Reconciling Licensors accounts with Contract , Programs Received and Amount Due. Preparing schedule Program Rights Liability Report , Monthly A.P. Aging Reports. |
RequirementsRequirementsCharacteristics: Excellent oral and written skills. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure within tight deadlines. Excellent analytical and planning ability. Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce with Accounting as Major Minimum experience of 2 years in accounting department. Good command in English, knowledge of Arabic an advantage. Good command on Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point etc. |
