Job description / Role

Preparation of daily sales reports and ensuring the daily deposit of collection amount to bank.
Preparation of Bank position statement on daily basis.
Bank Accounts Reconciliations on monthly basis.
Checking and issuing invoices with payments made.
Performing Inter-company reconciliations and eliminations.
Processing, checking and monitoring supplier payments on monthly basis.
Monitoring and recording company expenses.
Performing monthly analysis of GLs.
Performing spot audit and internal audit on difference branches.
Ensuring compliance with accounting deadlines.
Managing the internal and external mail functions.
Gathering and organizing data for auditors.
Petty cash management.
Performing trial balance and P&L analysis
Coordinating and preparing monthly payroll functions.
Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll departments.
Preparation and filing of Tax payments on monthly basis if possible
Budget monitoring

Requirements

CPA/Bachelors Degree major in financial accounting.
2-3 years experience in the same field.
Detail-oriented, efficient and organized professional with extensive experience in accounting systems.
Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make well thought out decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly trustworthy, discreet and ethical.
Resourceful in the completion of projects, effective at multi-tasking
