Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Bank Reconciliation for all stores
- Cash Flow-up for all stores
- solving credit card refunds & credit shortage issues
- Opening Bank Accounts (New stores) & Mapping Credit card machines
- Assisting in Sales Audit
- Sending Sales figures to Malls
- Posting sales to oracle system
- Assisting in month end work
- Assisting in Statutory Audit (Sales related)
- Providing information to team members & HOD (when requested

Requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other departments
- Strong problem solving ability
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple/simultaneous tasks
- Able to analyze information with attention to detail
- Preferably Graduate/under graduate in Accounting and Finance
