Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To provide financial and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing and recording of accounts payable, receivables transactions and prepare cash flows by utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.

Principal Accountabilities
1. To prepare bank transfer payments to suppliers and ensure all payments are done on timely manner and accurate recording of transactions in the books including the Purchase Requisition functions
2. Preparation of PPD-related Debit Note and follow up for collection.
3. Petty Cash custodian and replenishment
4. Assist the team in day to day accounting works as well as in preparing audit schedules and disclosures for statutory audits and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

- Bookkeeping and accounting of transactions
- Account Analysis and Reconciliation
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role in a Group Company
- People skills including decision making and collaborating with internal and external parties
- Proficient in Office Applications
- Experience with Oracle
