Hill was recently ranked the 11th largest construction management firm in the US. We are presently seeking an experienced Accountant to work in Dubai Office. DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: In charge of UAE Accounts. maintaining proper Books of Accounts Reconcile the monthly payroll and post the monthly TS Review and Post monthly projects invoices Monitoring bank accounts and applying payments received against posted invoices Monitor the aging of the outstanding receivables Apply and maintain the monthly close out checklist and meet tight deadlines Prepare monthly bank reconciliation Prepares journal entries and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts Update all Balance sheet accounts worksheets Maintain proper filing system. Work closely with the Payable clerks to ensure proper coding and timely posting Supports and help colleagues and supervisors. Work closely with auditors throughout the year. Ability to work under pressure |
RequirementsRequirements 3 5 years experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting Knowledge in computerized accounting systems Good knowledge in the MS Excel There will be a 10 minute sit down written test at a face to face interview on basic account.
