Accountant

Job description / Role

Job Purpose / Role:
The Regional Accountant is responsible for providing and overseeing day to day financial and accounting services within the established guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the regional accounting department.
2. Generating and reviewing regional customer bills.
3. Prepare financial information in relation to the regional customer account and files.
4. Co-ordinate with the regional customers.
5. Request credit notes and adjustments after reviewing the cases and getting approvals and related documentations.
6. Prepare the cash payments vouchers, reconcile with petty cash float and forward to Head office in Riyadh for reimbursement.
7. Participate in periodical physical count of fixed assets and inventory.

Requirements

Required Education Level, Skills & Abilities:
(Specific Policies, Certifications etc)
A Commerce Graduate with Accounting or Finance specialization

Required Experience:
Up to three years of experience
