Job description / Role
•Bank reconciliation and report.
•Branch Cash / liquidity Management
•Management and accounting of revenue.
•Management of Account Receivables.
•Management reporting on time recording, fee income and receivables.
•Adherence to the Firm's standards on client/matter uptake.
•Client fund accounting and adherence to Law Society rules.
•Observe and obtain adherence to Firm's policies on Authority levels and Travel.
•Liaison with local vendors and suppliers, including Telcos and Translators
•Hold Petty cash imprest
•Provision of general clerical support to the Finance function.
•Any other tasks within the skills of the job-holder
Requirements
•A recognised accounting qualification.
•Excellent verbal communication skills at all levels (English)
•Conversational Arabic
•Excellent numerical skills
•Excellent Word and Excel skills essential. Computer literate.
•Experience of a law firm or other professional services organisation is an advantage. Otherwise services industry experience is a must.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality.
•A mature and flexible approach to work.
•An ability to stay calm and composed in demanding situations.
•Experience in dealing with senior management.
•Experience in dealing with a demanding workload and proven ability to prioritise.
•A flexible and proactive approach to work.
