Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Salary up to AED 8,000 - 10,000

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Sharjah, UAE and are looking for a candidate who currently resides in the UAE.

- Responsible, process and recording supplier's payments through Cheque Printer Machine
- Responsible and maintain supplier's postdated cheques issued to suppliers
- Responsible and maintain records into system and supplier's files (PDC List, Payment Vouchers)
- Responsible, maintain and reporting supplier's aged payable file
- Responsible for Petty Cash transactions i.e. examine each petty cash purchase approval, nature, recording into system
- Monthly bank reconciliation and updates bank accounts in Peachtree
- Responsible, process and recording from customers receipts through Cheque Printer Machine
- Responsible and maintain customer's postdated cheques and receipt vouchers
- Responsible for recording customer's receipt transaction into system and customer invoices File
- Responsible, maintain and reporting Customer's Aged Receivable file
- Assist & Interact with HR & Operations in implementation of policies and procedures
- Coordinate with External, Internal Auditor
- Assist in Payroll preparing and data gathering for advances, overtime, deductions, attendance and keeping records
- Other day to day work as requires by management
- Producing information for management accounts
- All aspects Sales Ledger
- Manufacturing experience is an advantage
- Role reports into the Reporting line Manager
- Banking relationship management:
- Maintain the corporate account of the company through the internet banking
- Maintain the receivables versus the payables
- General Ledger report
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly P&L reports
- Ensure monthly revenue is higher than the monthly cost.
- Reports should be also arranged as required and needed
- Stock control & management versus material purchased
- Knowledge of waste management
- Assist in the budget plan
- Contact suppliers when required to discuss relevant payments, receipts vouchers and purchase orders.
- Ensure PDCs are tracked on time,
- Manage the cash flows from and to different accounts
- knowledge of Accounting software system
- Must currently reside in the UAE

- Accurate, loyal, self-confident, analytical, organized, focused, report writing skills, able to work under stress.
