The RoleThe Role- Managing the day-to-day affairs of the finance division, including the daily collections, banking and record keeping - Preparation of budget and cash flow statement - Finalization and preparation of month end-year end financial accounts including trial balance, trading ,profit & loss statement ,balance sheet and ratio analysis. - Preparation of bank reconciliation statements - Follow up payments from debtor’s weekly report on outstanding, collections from customers and arranging payments to the suppliers - Dealing with the banks on behalf of the company tax matters such as L/Cs, pledge loans, overdraft and trust receipt loan facilities etc - Preparation of payroll, maintain the fixed assets register and co-coordinating the physical stock takings - Conducting periodical internal Audit - Overall supervision of company’s accounts division |
RequirementsRequirements- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business Administration or any related subject - Experience: Not less those 3 years in the same field - Computer Exposure: MS Excel, MS Word, preferable Computer courses knowledge - Languages: fluency in the English language, Arabic is preferred in advance |
