Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main Responsibilities:
- The Assistant Executive Manager will be responsible for managing the accounting activities for company, implementing internal controls and providing management with timely management information while managing the day-to-day operations. .
- Under the guidance of the CAO conduct annual budgeting and planning process; administer and review all financial plans and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate.
- Perform accounting activities with respect to:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Cash Control
- Costing
- General Ledger
- Investment Evaluation
- Fixed Assets Accounting
- Provide accurate, comprehensive and timely information regarding the financial status of the company through the utilization of effective accounting concepts, principles, procedures and systems.
- Manage the consolidation of subsidiary companies
- Coordinate the annual audit with external auditors by coordinating provision of information required, clarifications required, etc. to ensure that the year-end audit package is accurate and complete.
- Manage the periodic and year-end financial closing process and ensure that the periodic account closing activities are done on a timely and accurate basis.
- Ensure that the financial reporting requirements of regulators are met and reports are submitted within regulatory deadline
- Monitor adherence to guidelines, policies and procedures.

Scope of the Role:
Responsible for overlooking Accounting, Zakat & Tax, Internal and External Financial Reporting, Group Budgeting, Compliance with Regulators, Legal and Investor Relations.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be a Female Saudi national,
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of related experience.
- Management-level accounting experience is required (2 + years).
- Professional certificate (. SOCPA, CPA or CA) is essential but not mandatory.
- Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of financial and management accounting
- Experience in Financial Services would be a plus
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Good written and verbal communication skills
