The RoleThe RoleCore Purpose of Job: To provide support to the Head of Project – Finance along with Divisional Project Managers to ensure the proper evaluation, implementation and post implementation review of Project Capital investment decisions Key Responsibilities: - Maintain/consolidate all financial records in relation to all Major Projects. - Review of Capital Expenditure proposals to ensure that they are complete, accurate and comply with Almarai Requirements - Ensure proper control on Spend for approved Capex - Ensure proper closure of all projects. - Maintain, develop and implement tight internal controls particularly in relation to project approval and spend etc. - Conduct initial post implementation reviews. - Review of Budget & Forecast information with Management - Supervise team in relation to performance of tasks - Assist in the preparation of Board presentations in relation to project capital requirements. - Deputize for the Head of Project Finance |
RequirementsRequirementsThe Ideal Person Should Be: (Experience, Skills & Qualifications Details) - CPA Board Passed - More than five years on supervisory post focusing on financial accounting. - Good exposure on computerized accounting system backed with knowledge of MS office applications - Focused, determined and disciplined with considerable years working in a multi-cultural environment Strong understanding of accounts - Ability to work under own initiative. - Good communicator – Ability to work with people from other declines. - Disciplined, ability to manage small focused team. |
