Role- Accounting Manager -Trading

Salary-10000-15000 AED

Our client is a well known company with 25 years experience across the rubber industry lubricants and adhesives industries ,foam industries and more. We are proud to hold solid reputation within the market for being a strong competitor as well as an employer of choice.Due to our expanding portfolio of clients we are now seeking an experienced Accounting Manager.

Reporting to Finance Manager you will be responsible for the data entry, filing expense and inventory management and arrange necessary reports as and when required . The successful applicant should be CA qualified and possess excellent communication skills, well versed with all accounts terms, banking functions and softwares with a minimum of 5 years UAE experience in trading industry.

Must have the following:
Experience in a trading company.
Should have dealt with multiple currency and large volumes
Should have worked with multiple banks
Dealt with Letters of Credit

Other Responsibilities include:

Cash flow
Preparing Cash Flow on a daily Basis for all the Companies and all the banks ( about 10 banks )
Checking all the Bank Balances and projecting the flow of cash and Credit, in order to meet the future payments required.

Fund Transfers and Settlements
Preparing cheques, transfer letters for payments.

Data entry and Filing
Accounting all the transactions in Tally System.
Preparing all the required Bank correspondence letters.

Banking and LC Management
Analyzing the bank statements for all the receipts & timely payments.
Preparing a monthly statement of payment made through all the banks.
Taking the required approvals for payments from the MD & signatories & coordinating with them for the same.

Petty Cash
Petty Cash management payment of petty cash, accounting of petty cash vouchers, filing of petty cash vouchers & reconciling petty cash.

Intercompany Coordination
Sending Credit Confirmations for payments received from Customers.
Providing all the bank account related information to the Sales, Logistics & Accounts Dept.
Replying to e-mails on a daily basis.
Making the required arrangements for cheque collection from the customers and sending e-mails to the concerned persons.

Expenses Posting
Preparing & maintaining the monthly Telephone bills statement, in order to analyse and control the same.

Reports
Preparing LC report
Preparing daily cash flow report
Preparing other expenses report
Assisting in yearly book closing.

Requirements

Education and Technical Knowledge- CA Preffered
Group Accounts experience is essential.
Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Commerce / accounts and finance
Minimum 3-4 years of position experience in a similar role banking or accounts
Knowledge of banking functions and financial accounting software's
Microsoft Office Suite
