Job description / Role
Our client a leading chemical company in Dubai is looking to hire an Accounting Manager with experience in a Manufacturing and Trading company.
The Person will be handling the overall management of the finance and accounting department, develop all methods of accounting practices and processes and management and development of all staff within the department. Final responsibility for the profit outcomes of the company based on recommendations of budgets and costs. Responsible for the confidentiality and authorized access to others for all financial information pertaining to the company and its staff.
You will be responsible for controlling the store coordinating with the store manager. Also does, Staff Management up to 3 People & reorganization of an accounts department and allocation of roles in the team. You will also be involved in the Payroll of each staff in the company, Planning & forecasting, Generating reports, closing books & Audit.

The right candidate will be eligible to grow in the company as you will be eligible for a salary growth after your probation which will be calculated based on your performance.
You will also be eligible for company bonus up to 5000 AED + 50% medical insurance- Family +
Salary- AED 15000-20000 + single person Visa
Requirements
Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant or an MBA Finance or should have some higher Education.
English needs to be OUTSTANDING
Attitude is Everything with a confident and outgoing personality.
Should Be Arabic
Should Have Driving License
You should be having Decision Making Skills, Leadership Skills, Staff Management.
Salary Up to- 15000 -20000 AED
