We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy forAccounts Assistantto work on our projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Checking all expense claims are approved by an appropriate authority in accordance with company policy.
* Inputting expense claims in to Dynamics in an accurate and timely manner. Checking all accounts payable invoices are approved by an appropriate authority in accordance with company policy.
* Preparing client invoices and assisting in collections
* Inputting all accounts payable invoices into Dynamics in a timely and accurate manner.
* Assisting the Country accountant in preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
* Ensuring accounts payable invoices and expense claims are processed for payment in an efficient manner.
* Liaising with suppliers and employees on invoices and claims where necessary. Raising queries on invoices and claims with senior individuals as appropriate.
* Handling of petty cash fund. Keep records of all petty cash claims and prepare petty cash replenishment as and when required.
* Engaging in Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
* Finance qualifications required i.e. Bachelor's degree in accountancy
* At least 3 years' accounts experience in a professional office environment
* Good keyboard skills
* Proficient in MS office (excel, word, power point, outlook)
* Flexible, accurate and detail conscious
* Good relationship building skills
* Excellent communication skills
