Accounts Executive - AF Group Finance

Job description / Role

Accounts Executive - AF Group Finance - Al Futtaim Group - Dubai, UAE

To process invoices for payment and any other periodic reports determined from time to time so that accounts payable process is enabled accurately, effectively & efficiently.

Key Accountabilities:
- Record vendor liability based on LPO GRN
- Report aberrations to AP Supervisor
- Process utility payments and petty cash payments
- Ensure adjustment of advances and down payments by way of clearing as soon as invoices are booked
- Ensure accurate recording of notes on invoices for error free filing of invoices processed
- GRN for specific Companies only

Requirements

- Job holder is required to follow SOPs whereby vendor liability is absolutely accurate and error free has implications on what amount is paid by Al Futtaim Companies and to whom.
- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Degree in Accounting
- Minimum Experience: 2 Years
- Job-Specific Skills: Computer Skills including good knowledge of MS Excel
- Behavioural Competencies : Eye for detail, patient, high level of interpersonal skills and ability to perform under tight deadlines and pressure
