Salary: 5,000 to 8,000 AED

Our client based in Dubai is a well-known digital marketing agency that works with brands to bridge the gap between shifting technology and cutting-edge creative ideas.

While they offer a wide range of digital media solutions, they have also built a regional reputation for their expertise in social media planning, management, production & buying. They are well-versed in finding innovative ways of connecting brands and people through memorable experiences on their laptops, smartphones, and on social platforms, that trigger real life actions.

With over 40 talented individuals, across 19 nationalities, its no surprise that they have been awarded as one of the most effective independent agency offices in MENA.

Due to their expanding work they are now seeking an Account Executive (After Hours) who is already working in an advertising agency and is wanting to take the next step to work with a fantastic company and grow their career.

You will be reporting to the Sr. Account Manager. As an evening/weekend social media executive, you will be responsible for managing the conversations on our clients online channels, after office hours. The role involves writing content (In English & Arabic), responding to customer queries and creating reports on social media metrics.

Responsibilities:
- Create content for the brands social media channels to communicate sales, discounts, offers and events happening at the brands venue.
- Respond to questions sent to the brands social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) by shoppers.
- Attend events on behalf of the agency for live coverage and reporting of the activities happening on ground.
- Use agency tools/dashboards to create reports for the brand outlining channel growth, response rate, engagement rate etc.
- Keep an eye on industry and retailers social media channels and make recommendations to leverage their content.

Requirements

- Fluent in writing English & Arabic.
- Ability to work in the evenings and weekends: Sun-Wed from 3pm - 10pm, Thurs OFF, Fri & Sat from 12pm - 6pm,
- Ability to handle pressure, long hours & deliver within deadlines,
- Savvy with using social media channels (Facebook, twitter & Instagram).
