Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an international hospitality brand and we are recruiting an Accounts Executive for a busy Finance Department.

Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Finance Department
- Reconciliation of the fixed asset management system to the general ledge ensuring the proper capital asset transactions
- Entering data for financial ledgers
- Handling purchase requisitions
- Collating data for audits and financial reviews and preparing year end schedules and reports
- Preparation of monthly journal depreciation and general ledger accounting including AP and AR entries
- Responsible for petty cash accounting
- Preparation of weekly status schedules for creditors and suppliers

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- 4 - 5 years experience of working in general accounting in the hospitality industry

Candidate Profile
- Living in Qatar
- Aged between 27 - 32 years
