Accounts Manager

Job description / Role

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Job Objective:
-assuring the accuracy and quality of books of accounts
-assist the finance department in Iraq
-provide timely reports

Responsibilities
-Checking daily entries and cash reports
-Maintain trial balance of each branch
-Set up and maintain budget control system
-Supervise, monitor and improve stock controlling system
-Annual fixed assets counting, Monthly random stock counting and Semi-annual stock counting
-Monitoring Month end closure, intercompany reconciliation and dealers balance confirmation

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting, ideally professional qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting and finance experience.
- Proven track record of completing all required financial and accounting reports on deadlines
- Flexible, must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well with tight deadlines and deliver accurate data
