Job description / Role
There is a great opportunity as a Senior Accountant to work within a major Real Estate company in the UAE.
The client operates within the 4 core sections of the Real Estate market.
Candidate should come from a strong accounting background, experience in the UAE market in the Real Estate sector.
Requirements
- Must have a strong auditing background - RERA experience
- Experience with Escrow - all aspects
- Based in Dubai is preferred (or currently working in GCC region
- Prepare financial statements
- Prepare Cash Flows/Fund Flow statements for different projects
