Accounts Manager - Kenya

Our client a leading group of companies across the Middle East, Africa and Afghanistan is looking for a driven and experienced Accounts manager to join their team in Kenya.

Responsible for the Logistics division of the business the successful candidate should have previous experience working as a head of Accounts for a large organisation.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports
- Training the accounts team
- Design, implement and build systems, policies and procedures
- Negotiation with banks
- Preparation of annual budgets
- Review and signing of client invoices
- Reconciling accounts profits with tax profits on filing annual tax returns.
- Preparation of SOP for accounts and operations as per policies.

Requirements

- 10 years experience
- Management of multiple companies as Head of Accounts
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Big 4 background
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willingness to travel
