Job description / Role
Company:
Our client work was established in 1974. They work in all phases of Oil & Gas; including drilling and production operations, transport, etc.
They are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Analysts to be based in Qatar
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize documentation necessary to collect payment
Will interface with auditors to share information and coordinate periodic reviews and where necessary drive the implementation of corrective actions.
Responsible for management of accounting transactions in support of the receivables process, including establishing and maintaining account reconciliations.
Review weekly report
Follow-up to ensure all actions are completed in order for payment to be made
Continuously work to improve A/R processes through technology or quality improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree qualified
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience
Experience in oil & gas industry
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to use good judgment and discretion.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Understanding of legal ethics.
Ability to perform word processing on a PC with accuracy and efficiency.
