Accounts Receivables Executive - AF Group Finance - Al Futtaim Group - Dubai, UAE

- Reconciling MM, Dealer accounts as a part of Balance confirmation Exercises.
- Maintain log of Manual books (Invoices, Receipts, Credit Notes) issued to all the SBUs
- Uploading customer documents (Trade License, Passport Copies, Credit Application Form, Dealers Documentation) in SAP and Excel.
- Providing excel file on documentation updates of all the SBUs in BI as per template provided.
- Receipting for Nokia
- Managing the entire document control in SSF.
- MIS reporting assistance to AR controllers
- Support services on Accounts receivable of AF travel including ICM allocation
- Support services to Accounts Receivable staff.
