Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Acquisition Support Manager is responsible to seek and acquire F&B retail outlets in Abu Dhabi, UAE to be able to support the Companys expansion plans and be accountable for site ownership from the initial stages of negotiation to the final handover stage.

Identify and present potential F&B locations to internal stakeholders on a weekly basis by updating the report and communicating this progress during the weekly team meeting.
Present business cases for each location by preparing and analysis key statistics and financial inputs.
Negotiate and secure terms on the identified units of interest to get the best possible deal and putting the companys interest at the forefront of each negotiation.
Manage the leasing contract by acquiring the relevant internal sign off and ensuring all parties are in agreement to the terms.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and support functions to communicate the new store opening timelines and relevant information to ensure that all parties are updated appropriately.
Assist the Head of Property, in key tasks such as resolving landlord issues, maintaining a strong growth pipeline and liaising with the other property to ensure that any issues are handled appropriately and efficiently.

Requirements

Essential:
Has to have worked in the property business ideally in a leasing background.
Need to have knowledge and good understanding of a lease contract and standard terminology.
Knowledge of the local market and main trade areas.
Flexible and an independent worker.
Self-motivator and able to create success of the role with little direction.
Confident and a good communicator.

Desirable:
Degree qualified.
