Job description / Role
- Establishes an electronic filing system for Personnel Records & Files.
- Enters all necessary data and scans all necessary documents to create the electronic documents.
- Liaises with Department Manager and Colleagues regarding new files set up and labeling in order to facilitate their identification.
This is a 3 months job opportunity.
Requirements
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Studies, Business Administration or in a related discipline.
- Previous experience in Electronic Filing System Creation and Maintenance.
- Excellent filing skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Time Management skills.
- Computer literate.
- High level of accuracy and attention to details.
- Good Command of English Language.

Qatar Gas Transport Company Ltd.
