Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Provide general administrative support under the supervision of the Administration Coordinator including use of specialized databases and information systems.
- Ensure that a welcoming, professional and tidy work environment is maintained. Ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times.
- Managing resource allocation with a 90 day look ahead of classrooms, trainers and other resources
- Full organization of and booking of all training events within the Training Centre and other venues within the oil field.
- Manage the receipt of exam papers and storage to ensure security and confidentiality
- Printing and compiling of training material booklets
- Provide daily training attendance registers in a timely manner
- Provide a professional first contact between the Training Centre and is target population of students
- Liaise with other members of the team for effective scheduling of classes
- Accurate updating of training records and HSE information
- Collecting and recording of training evaluation forms
- Clerical duties associated with ordering and goods receiving
- Coordinate logistics within the oil field development
- Assist in audit processes
- Any other admin duties in line with business needs

Requirements

Education
- Excellent English written and spoken skills

Experience
- 2 years administrative experience in a reputable organisation.

Knowledge of the following:
Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Administrative duties
Audit Processes

Skills:
English – oral and written
Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Administrative duties

Candidates must be Iraq nationals and live in Iraq
