Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Coordinates various office support services, including: administrative, purchasing and facilities management
- Preparing documents, reports and financial data
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Data entry, assist visitors, Answer phones calls and respond to inquiries
- Research and assist with the preparation of events and tasks
- Meeting and event arrangements
- Maintains supplies level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders
- Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

- Diploma or high school
- Have 2 - 6 years experience
- Medium level of English language / Arabic fluent
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Reporting Skills & Effective Writing Skills
- Microsoft Office Skills & Internet research abilities
- The ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
- High level of accuracy & confidentiality
- Professionalism, Flexibility, Time management
