Job description / Role
An opportunity has arisen for a client with an expanding team to help with all administrational functions
Duties:
- Assisting to HR team with issuing and processing contracts of employment
- Assisting the Project teams with job contracts
- Typing letters, ,memo's and correspondence
- Providing Administrational support to various departments
- Processing department request
- Managing the filling systems of confidential documents
- Arranging and coordinating meetings
- Liaising with employees on correspondence
- Interact with departments
- Supporting the HR Director with ad hoc requirements
- Following up with visa processing
- Reference requests
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Processing candidate information and update as required
Requirements
- Arabic bilingual, Good English communication
- Arabic Nationals Requested Jordanians, Moroccans, Algerian
- Sunday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm
- UAE experience
- min 3 years Administrational experience
- Must drive and have own car as located in an industrial estate outside Abu Dhabi
- IT literate in Microsoft word packages including Excel, outlook
- Smart, professional in appearance
Salary 17,500 AED
