For this role, the duties and responsibilities are as follows: Scrutinises all local purchase requisitions to ensure that they are in line with the company rules and subsequently obtain quotations, process the purchase and dispatched to the concerned location/departments to fulfill their requirements in time and forwarding the invoice to Finance Dept. for arranging payment to the supplier. Process renewal of trade licenses, renewals of the registration of all existing company vehicles. Check and notify Finance Department, the actual amount to be paid on the telephone bills and debit notes and to charge to the respective department. Scrutinize the personal calls and advise Finance Department to make necessary deduction from the salary through payroll deduction. Coordinate with the concerned department/office on matters related repairs of office furnitures/fixtures, office equipments and vehicles, etc and office maintenance in order to keep them in good order and operational at all times. Ensure that all employee concerns on all admin related matters are attended into based on the required turn around time. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate for this role should be between 25-35 years of age, with a keen desire for career progress in an insurance industry and having over 5 years of experience in the field with similar job responsibilities. |
