Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Admin Executive - Toys R Us - Al Hamra Mall, Ras Al Khaimah

You will be responsible for ensuring that all personal admin, inventory and cash offices related tasks are carried out constantly in an accurate manner knowing its critical importance in reflecting a true and fair view of the company in the Business Financial & Performance Reports.

Other responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that accurate reports are provided to the Store/ Regional office personnel consistently so as to meet reporting deadlines.
- Maintaining data archives in the system to facilitate easy access when required
- Stock Management: Accurate GRN of DC to store transfer stock using ZWAC.
- Periodic review of MB5T stock and report/sort out the differences with IC team. (Unless checked this can lead to shrinkage)
- Supervise the store delivery checks & reporting Variance & ensure adjustments are passed and reported accurately.
- Accurate GRN of local vendor auto replenished stock. (ensure complete adherence to SOP on auto replenishment)
- Spot audit of receiving process
- Carry out all cash office procedures to protect the companys asset with regard to:
- Daily reconciliation of store takings & reports
- Banking / Foreign exchange
- Store Petty cash
- Tallying safe fund daily
- Credit card reconciliation
- Ensure that all in-store procedures are adhered so that the store operations comply with audit standards
- Ensure all payments to Govt.Agencies/Contractors/suppliers are verified, approved by store manager and processed with Retail Accounts Team. Follow up must be maintained to track pending invoices and flag pending payments. Maintain a liaison with suppliers to clear any outstanding payments.
- Store /Brand Management & Retail deadlines are to be strictly adhered to
- High level of accuracy & action oriented analysis required

This role demands exposure to highly sensitive information and involvement with various departments (Finance/HR/Buyers/Inventory Control/Stores) requiring considerable use of discretion, tact, diplomacy, and judgment.

Requirements

You should possess a bachelor's degree preferably in accounting and should have atleast a minimum of 2 years of experience in administration in a large-sized organisation.

You should have strong computer skills in MS office applications. ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is a definite advantage. You should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to provide effective and appropriate advice and information to a variety of people and to use discretion with confidential information.
