Admin Executive – UAE National
An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients for an Administration Executive within HSE & QA department
Based in Ras Al khaimah
The role will include:
Managing and reporting administration & finance related issues
Developing safety program within admin & finance
Implementing Health and safety policy
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting across all business functions
Reporting as per managements request
Manage and Coordinate financial & procurement issues
Invoicing, payments approvals, financial reports
Coordinate with all other business units
13K AED + Benefits
Candidates must have:
Living or willing to move to RAK
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Must have experience within a similar role ideally 2- 4years
Be able to identify areas of improvement and implement effective change
Strong communication skills
Computer literate - MS Office
Must be willing to take on more responsibilities where needed
Must be able to work under pressure
excellent report writing both Arabic & English
