Genesis Associates has been commissioned to recruit an experienced Administration Manager for one of the market leading Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) firms, with a globally recognised brand, reputation and presence. The role has been created due to our clients current need for further administrative staff due to large number of global EPC projects.

The successful candidate will act as an Admin Manager for major EPC projects based in Jubail and across Saudi Arabia (KSA). The role features an extremely competitive pay package which also includes accommodation, flights, healthcare, and 30days holiday.

Requirements

As the Admin Manager you will be expected to manage all the administrative duties associated with a busy leading EPC firm. A successful candidate will be:
Immediately available for interview in the Philippines.
Previous experience in managing the administrative duties for an EPC firm or have previously worked with contractors within Saudi Arabia.
Experienced in admin duties such as processing contracts, visas and travel.
Educated to degree level preferably, but not essential.
