Parsons is providing design and construction supervision and management services to community development infrastructure and housing across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking engineers, architects, inspectors, surveyors and construction management and administration personnel with community development construction supervision and management experience to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:
Job purpose of Admin Manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate supportive services such as record-keeping, distribution, receptionist, and other office support service.

Responsibilities:
• Develops, implements, and maintains various administrative controls, and/or provides centralized senior administrative management on one or more larger projects.
• The Administration Manager at this level is a fully qualified professional with solid experience, technical expertise, and familiarity with company policies and procedures to complete complicated tasks independently. Assignments require the use of a personal computer and a proficiency in using various Project Controls software such as Excel, Primavera, and Document and Materials Controls System (DMCS).
• Provides guidance, direction, and management of subordinate staff, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems. May interface with clients, attend regular meetings, and give statistical reports.
• Assesses the impact(s) of staff or construction management changes in relation to overall program. Reports status of program achievements to company management as well to the client.
• Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
• Customizes project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
• Will supervise several lower-level Engineers/Specialists and/or support personnel. Provides input to Chief or Principal Program manager regarding staffing requirements. May provide approvals of performance review for subordinates.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Requirements


Requirements


• 5 years administrative support experience.
• Degree from a accredited university.
• Saudi Nationals preferred.
• Previous experience in working on a large scale engineering project will be highly advantageous.
