Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, a top-tier international bank, Swisslinx Executive Search is urgently seeking an Administration and Accounting professional to join their office in Abu Dhabi.

This is a dual role, where you will be responsible for the administrative and secretarial tasks, as well as the accounting for the office.

Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- managing filing system
- booking travel and hotels for employees
- overall office management
- answering all incoming calls
- welcoming clients to the office
- managing petty cash
- money transfers
- reconciliations of accounts

Requirements

You must have the following experience:
- office management experience (administration)
- accounting experience
- experience within a high-level office
- experience dealing with high-profile clients
- knowledge of UAE laws
- experience within a financial firm preferred
