The RoleThe RoleAdministration Assistant - Toys R Us – Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi Toys R Us is the largest specialty toy store in the world. Launched by the Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai in 1995, Toys R Us now exist in twelve locations in the Gulf market and has emerged as undisputed market leader for all children related products. The stores offer an unrivalled range of toys, games, sporting goods, electronics, software, baby products, children's apparel and juvenile furniture all under one roof. We are seeking to hire a Store Admin Assistant for our Toys R Us store opening in Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi. You will be reporting to the Store Manager and responsible for: * Ensuring that proper procedure is followed for float distribution, arrange necessary change from the bank, and maintain tracking of safe opening and closing log so as to minimize the risk of loss for the company * Ensure that all till discrepancies investigated, recorded and forward to supervisor for sign off * Monitoring & recording of in-store gift vouchers sale and redemption * Keeping records of all used and unused manual invoices * Ensure proper records are maintained of all promotion in the store * Making sure the store related stationery, supplies are reviewed regularly and adequately stocked in the store * Archiving of  in-store documents to facilitate easy retrieval when necessary * Providing  a high level of internal/external customer service at all times. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful in winning this role, you will be able to demonstrate: * Excellent knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Analytical skills and attention to details * Good organisation, time management and administrative skills * Flexibility and willingness to multi-task * Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment * Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage |
