About the Business:

Marks & Spencer, part of Al-Futtaim Retail division is a world class market leader in high street fashion. Our stores are located throughout the Gulf.

The first Marks & Spencer store in the Middle East was opened in Dubai in 1998. Other stores followed shortly in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman and we have a total of 14 stores. 2012 will be a very exciting year for Marks & Spencer and we will expand a footprint a total of 18 stores.

All stores are large format and carry a wide range of product including Ladieswear, Menswear, Kidswear, Lingerie, Beauty, Home and Food.

About the Job:

Marks & Spencer will be opening a brand new department store in City Stars, Cairo. We now have a requirement for an experienced Store Administration Manager to be a part of our pre-opening team.

Working closely with the Store Manager you will be managing a team of admin associates whilst delivering an excellent administration service to the store.

Key responsibliities include but not limited to:

* Processing accurately all administration related to merchandise
* Accurate data entry into the system
* Following company procedures related to stock and administrative documentation

Requirements

It is absolutely essential you have previous experience in a Store Administration role. In addition you must be able to demonstrate:

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical skills and attention to details
* Good organisation, time management and administrative skills
* Flexibility and willingness to multi-task
* Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment
