JOB PURPOSE:

To work under the Automotive AAA Department and assist in supporting the team with all Training related matters, requirements, reports and transactions. This role will also be the contact point of any HR issues in the department liaising with HRConnect and HRBP.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* The job primarily includes coordinating work inside the department. He/She maintains a detailed record of all related documents, and researches and formulates strategies which effectively improve filing and updating systems within the department or to its stakeholders.
* General Coordination with HR/Administrative, Finance, STS and Training Related Activities/Issues of the Department Staff
* Preparation and Updating of Administrative Reports & Forms

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent

Minimum Experience:
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Administrative role.

Job-Specific Skills:
* Advance MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
* Computer skills coupled with knowledge of ERP package especially SAP
* Possess general personal skills like analytical, organizing, time management and communication.
* Management reporting, Reports Preparation and knowledge of Automobile parts business is preferred
