Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Screen telephone and personal callers
- Make and record appointments
- Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines and computers
- File correspondence and other records
- Draft letters, reports and presentations on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare agendas or programs for meetings
- Manage office supplies as required
- Organizing business travel and accommodation bookings for Executive/s and occasionally for other client staff on relative projects.
- General filing.

Requirements

- The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE.
- Should have experience as a front desk receptionist or administrator with fluency in English.
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Personal Assistant.
- An excellent command of English language in both written and spoken.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, well presented, organized and able to interact with managers/clients etc.
- Strong Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint experience.
- Must have good knowledge of the UAE.

Salary is based on 3,000 AED up to 3,500 AED based on qualifications.
