Administration Manager
The Administration Manager shall be responsible to the Finance Manager for the day to day setting up and running of the offices (JV and RE); ordering furniture and equipment; maintaining adequate stocks of office supplies, assisting with interviewing and employing staff ; organizing the registration, maintenance and licensing of the Joint Venture vehicles ; ordering supplies and other services to meet the requirements of the JV and the Engineer; maintaining records of staff; notifying, keeping records of and dealing with insurance claims in conjunction with the PCD/Chief Quantity Surveyor where such claims are relative to the Works and in conjunction with the Safety Supervisor where such claims relate to accidents to employees under the Employee’s Compensation Insurance.

Requirements

We are still looking for an Administration Manager who will report to the Finance Manager. The Administration Manager shall also oversee the proper functioning of the staff and labour camps and will be responsible for all staff and engineer accommodation off site.
