Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an innovative and leading local organisation who has emerged as one of the major leaders within Qatar in their field. To uphold such a stature in the community and to continue their vision, our client is looking to hire a qualified and proficient Arabic speaking Administration Manager to manage and control all aspects of administration.
You will be responsible for managing and leading a team to include supplier and facility management, administration budget maintenance and office procurement. You will also be accountable for company license compliance and other administration requirements. Additionally you will have a highly motivated approach and successfully manage the office whilst prioritising workload by using astute judgment to ascertain what is most important.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of three years' experience at the same level. You should have a confident proactive manner along with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional knowledge of financial reporting, solid computer skills as well as the ability to supervise support staff are crucial for this role. Additionally it is essential you have previous experience of working alongside all levels of management.
This is a distinct role that is suitable for a dedicated and professional candidate who has an extra spark and is able to produce results whilst getting the job done.
