Job description / Role
Our client are one of the longest established and most highly regarded Construction Groups in Qatar formed almost 40 years ago. They have a renowned history of delivering some off the most iconic projects in the region with the commercial, residential, mixed use and infrastructure sectors.
Our client are engaged on projects as the principal main contractor and over the years have signed JV agreements with some of the worlds largest construction groups, to give them entry into Qatar and assist in completing projects.
Their current list of projects include multi-billion dollar Metro projects as part of a JV, a landmark mixed use development with commercial and residential elements as well as undertaking infrastructure works on a future world cup 2022 stadium.
With an internal workforce team above 5000 our client continues to expand rapidly and we are therefore seeking to recruit an Assistant HR Manager / Administration Manager to assist the head of HR with matters relating to the internal workforce and manpower.
This is a very hands on role dealing with issues and matters related to staff, workforce and administration.
Requirements
- At least 20 years experience
- Ideally have worked for a leading main contracting or within the construction industry
- GCC experience
- Experienced on labour, workforce and manpower issues and matters
