The RoleThe RoleReporting to the Vice President – Accounts & Administration. The Administration Manager will be responsible to formulate general policies & establishes systems of planning & control related to Administrative & Personnel activities for the whole company. Oversees the provision of administrative services support to the company to ensure that the best performance in the way and work to achieve development in coordination with other administrative units. Tasks: 1. Prepare and oversee the management plans of the company and works on the development and implementation. 2. Review and approve administrative policies, systems, procedures and transactions. 3. Supervise and follow-up on workforce plans in the company. 4. Assess the performance of workers. 5. Define the needs and administrative services support of the activity of departments and sections of the company and submit it to the VP for approval. 6. Supervise and provide possible assistance in highlighting the business and improving public relations and trade of the company. 7. Supervising the application of established procedures on recruitment, training, promotion, rewards and termination and everything related to the company's employees. 8. Follow-up time staff in the departments of the company and directing them to comply with the dates of official business and to provide periodic reports on attendance and performance. 9. Participate in the development of training plans and leave programs in coordination with other departments. Provide information to all personnel regarding holidays, travel procedures and regulations ..etc. |
RequirementsRequirements• Nationality Preference: Saudi nationals only University qualifications : Master Degree in Business Administration (BA) • Training: courses in the area of management • Proven experience in value added admin methods and systems • Experience: 10 years of experience in administrative planning and control including 5 years in management with a large company • Language Skills : Proficiency in Arabic and English • Commitment and Team Work |
