Job description / Role
Fashion Retailer in Dubai are looking for an experienced Administration Manager
20-25,000 AED
Duties:
- Manage the H/O
- Act as point of contact for all retails for legal requirements
- Responsible for the day to days running of the H/O regarding company licenses, leases, and company insurance
- Co-ordinating with the PRO
- Dealing with suppliers
- Administrative activities & facilities management
- Arrange Travel for seniors
- Manage & develop a team including on the job training
- Liaise with HR for guidelines
- Manage your teams annual appraisals
- Communicate internally & Externally
- Strong negotiator for all new suppliers
- Liaise with Lawyers on all legal requirements
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience at a similar or same level
- Bachelors Degree
- Western National
- Retail industry experience advantageous within a H/O
- Female
- Excellent verbal & written English
- Advance Word, excel and Outlook knowledge
- Management and supervisory experience
- Able to lead a team
