Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My client is a large consumer electronics group and they are looking for an Administration Manager. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in:
•Facility management (Including but not limited to housekeeping / security)
•Document management (interaction with dewa/ etisalat/ chamber etc-renewal of documents/ tenancies / trade licenses)
•Vehicle management
•Travel & ticketing management
•Insurance Management
•Office stationary purchase
•Staff Accomodation

Requirements

Experience: 3-4 years
Salary:maximum of 7,000 + insurance & ticket
Education: Graduate
Skills: good at multitasking, organised and prioritising ability.
