The Role


The Role


1. Responsible for licensing, trademark registrations, government relations and overseeing public relations.
2. Ensuring that all official documentations and legal standing documents are valid, and in order.
3. Handle and supervise the processing of all necessary documents and certificates as required by government and authorities.
4. Managin procurement activities
5. Engaging and vetting and formulating contractual agreements with suppliers, partners and customers.
6. Overseeing and renewing insurance cover for employees, equipment and premises.
7. Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and taking appropriate action.

Requirements


Requirements


1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management
2. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Excellent organizational skills
5. Excellent negotiaton skills
6. Ability to lead and manage a team
7. Fluent in English
8. Arabic is a must
9. Good knowledge of Kuwait trade and labor laws
