Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Exciting opportunity to join this expanding contractor in Qatar. They work on civil engineering and construction projects for both private and government sectors through being the main or sub-contractor, They require an Administration Manager to join the team in the head office in Doha. Responsibilities will include
Leadership and management of an administration team within a growing office
Assisting with visa processing
Assistance in setting of systems, polices and procedures.
Travel and logistical arrangements

Requirements

The successful candidate will have meet the following criteria
A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as business administration
Excellent IT and organisational skills
A proven track record of managing administration for a international company
Preference will be given to those who have worked within a construction company previously
Fluent in written and spoken English
