Job description / Role
PURPOSE
Provide effective management in support of all MME IT, Facilities, Travel and Administration activities in the KSA offices.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage all administration functions that relate to IT, Facilities, Travel and Administration.
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for managing necessary aspects of administration and business support services.
Manage IT service providers and IT employees, IT-related projects in collaboration with MIS.
Manage and oversee all premises including offices and company properties and ensure they are maintained, planning optimization, inventory and order management and control, monitoring servicing levels
Manage all air and ground travel and accommodation for employees and visitors and ensure processes and approvals are adhered to and costs are within budget
Oversee supplier contracts, client contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
Oversee Public Affairs approvals and accreditations from regulatory bodies, government relations as well as license renewals
Manage KSA administration including support staff, translation services, document controllers and administration support.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business Management or similar.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
8 years experience in Administration management role with Middle East experience.
Experience in IT or Facilities Management.
Sound knowledge of ISO: 9001, 14001, 18001.
