Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Administration Manager will be responsible for following up with the Government entities for acquiring license and pending issues. Also responsible for providing full administrative support for Riyadh projects as well as providing the proper coordination between them.

- Provide administrative services and support for Riyadh project.
- Ensure that the security procedures at Riyadh project are implemented.
- Coordinate, expedite and report all activities related to the project development phases.
- Prepare and submit consolidated periodical progress report (weekly and monthly basis) in coordination with the Director of Project Management & Operations that encompasses the status of all my clients Riyadh projects, and update necessary information on database whenever required.
- Monitor the companys agreements, maintaining confidentiality with an organized filing system.
- Highlight red-lines whenever support is required to push project plans forward.
- Maintain high level of follow up to ensure Krukies are secured on time.
- Update on regular basis the information related to all government related sectors rules and regulations for Real Estate Development.
- Make sure all project licenses are obtained on time by following up with the municipality and ruler affairs.
- Coordinate with the legal advisor to finalize legal pending issues on time.
- Ensure that all official and legal documents are ready on time to support project development.
- Follow up on all project drawings, sketches, blueprints to have them ready and issued on time.
- Represent my client with all Government sectors (i.e. Municipality, Civil Defense, ministry of water, electricity, education, transportation, healthetc) and ensure following all regulations in order to avoid any issue.
- Coordinate with the municipality on all pending issues and update the CEO with the status of all issues.
- Follow up and coordinate with all directors concerning Riyadh projects phase. (Design, tendering, and construction).

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Administration or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Must possess tact, diplomacy and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language.
