Administration Officer, Arabic Speaking Only - Abu Dhabi

One of our prestigious clients' who happen to be one of the world's renowned gaming developer and publisher is looking for an Administration Officer, to facilitate smooth functioning of Office administration

Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the Office infrastructure, general security & storage room organization and layout
- Coordinate with contractors for maintenance work or / and any related issue
- Coordinate with property management for maintenance work or /and any related issue
- Purchase of Pantry, equipment and furniture of the Studio
- Negotiate competitive prices and service contracts with suppliers
- Cooperate with local and global resources to execute sourcing plans
- Supervise and direct the Receptionist/Admin Assistant
- Maintain the Studio Asset Management system and keep records updated
- Control Administration spending and prepare budget forecast on quarterly basis
- Coordinate and follow up with finance department for payment
- Manage Petty cash
- Follow up for telecommunications , ADDC and other services
- Assist new comers in the settling down process
- Studios events organization , bookings and follow up
- Meeting organization
- Maintain the archiving and filing system both soft and hard copies
- Attend meeting, take minutes and follow up on actions
- Ad hoc duties

Requirements

- 3-4 years of hands on experience in Admin function
- A Bachelors degree
- Abudhabi residents preferred

Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, process and facilitation skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Attentiveness to details
