Employment: Full Time

Part of Navitas global Source Country Office (SCO) network, Navitas Dubai was established in 2012. Dubai, along with Nairobi Office, forms the Navitas MENESA (Middle East; North, East & Southern Africa) Source Country Offices. These offices are responsible for the management of partner and stakeholder relationships; regional sales and marketing activities; and student recruitment to Navitas University Programs globally.

This role forms an integral part of the Navitas (MENESA) Group Marketing team and will be based within Nairobi, Kenya. The position reports to the Operations Manager MENESA and will work closely across Navitas divisions within MENESA as well as Navitas Group Marketing. The overall objective of the position is to drive and support the administrative function of Navitas MENESA. Strong analytical, systems and communication skills are required for this role, as is experience in managing budgets, human resources management and administrative functions.

Requirements

Essential
- Excellent/expert-level written and oral capability in the English language
- Possession of a tertiary degree level qualification and/or 5+ years of Administration (or related) experience
- High level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills inclusive of presentation skills
- Proven ability as a team player
- Proficiency in SalesForce, Oracle and other systems and business administration databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and software
- Proficiency in maintaining social media
- Demonstrated flexible attitude to work (e.g. in hours and content), including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities both locally and internationally
- Proven ability to manage administrative processes which provide effective support for the business
- Demonstrated innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure competing demands are met
- Legal right of work and abode in Kenya

Desirable
- International work experience in the education / language sector
- International study experience
- Fluency in a second language
- Experience working in a business-to-business as well as a business-to-consumer environment
- Marketing and sales knowledge, particularly of the international education industry
